If you feel there’s some potential in us working together, here’s how to get started:

Three slots in your schedule in the coming week or two for us to have a one-hour call.
I’ll respond in a day or so with a time and a link for a video call. Or, if you’d like to meet in Margate, we can do that in person.
We’ll meet for an hour and get to know each other.
If you’d like to take the conversation further after this, I’ll write and send an agreement for contractual purposes. I bill hourly at £100 + VAT, invoice in arrears on a calendar month cycle, and consider payments late if unpaid 10 days after you receive my invoice.
We’ll likely start with a three- to four-hour meeting - ideally in person. We’ll cover some context and background and current issues and opportunities. We’ll discuss what you’d like your trajectory to be in the medium and long term. I’ll ask questions and make suggestions throughout. We’ll also discuss the various ways in which We Sort works, and options for how we could work together.
